Contact forms

This site uses multiple contact forms that email the information entered to the site’s owners. That information may also be temporarily stored on the site’s servers in the form of log files. That data is retained indefinitely both in log file form and in email by our email provider.
We use contact forms to understand what information would be most helpful to you, and to provide you with relevant communications. If you submit a contact form, you can expect a member of our team to reach out with follow up questions.

Any data you share will be available to the administrative staff at Cambridge Coaching, Inc. In addition to analytics, we use Hubspot CRM to provide accurate and timely communications and customer service. If you provide payment, this payment will be processed via Stripe.

For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
