What personal data we collect and why we collect it
This site uses multiple contact forms that email the information entered to the site’s owners. That information may also be temporarily stored on the site’s servers in the form of log files. That data is retained indefinitely both in log file form and in email by our email provider.
We use contact forms to understand what information would be most helpful to you, and to provide you with relevant communications. If you submit a contact form, you can expect a member of our team to reach out with follow up questions.
If you submit a form on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

In addition to information stored on this site, we also use Google Analytics and Hubspot to track users, user behavior, and other statistics. You may read their privacy policies at the links provided.
Who we share your data with
Any data you share will be available to the administrative staff at Cambridge Coaching, Inc. In addition to analytics, we use Hubspot CRM to provide accurate and timely communications and customer service. If you provide payment, this payment will be processed via Stripe.
How long we retain your data
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Your contact information
If you request to be contacted, or you have signed up for a newsletter on this site, you can expect to receive information that is relevant to your request. We do not use your contact information for any other purpose and we do not share it with a third party. You can change your contact information at any time through your account.
